Recruitment Reworked is a trading name of Architecture Social Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10430707). Architecture Social Limited is the controller of personal information handled through this website and its consultancy enquiries.

Visiting this website

The site presents information about our consultancy. It has no registration, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts are served with the website.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested to deliver and protect the site. We use this processing for our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website.

Contacting Stephen

Send a note sends the details you enter to Stephen by email: your name, email address, agency, team size, where you would like to start, the tools you use and what slows the team down. The website passes them to Resend, our email delivery provider, which delivers them to Stephen's Architecture Social inbox. Your email address is used to reply to you. If sending fails, you can open the same note as a draft in your own email app instead. Please keep introductory enquiries to business information and do not send candidate CVs or other sensitive records.

We use enquiry information to respond to you and discuss the service you have requested. Depending on your enquiry, this is to take steps towards a contract or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Our existing email and business systems handle this information.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, provide an agreed service and meet relevant record-keeping obligations. Contact us if you want to know about information held in your particular case.

Booking a call

Book a call shows Stephen's calendar from Cal.com on this page. When you book, Cal.com receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, agency, team size and where you would like to start, and sends you and Stephen the invitation. The call takes place on Microsoft Teams. We use these details to prepare for and hold the call, and keep them as described above.

The calendar only loads when you reach the contact section. If you would rather not use Cal.com, send a note or email stephen@architecturesocial.com instead.

The webinar link takes you to Recruit CRM. The recording is not embedded here. External sites process information under their own privacy notices when you visit them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us about your personal information and request access, correction, deletion or restriction. You may also have the right to object or receive a portable copy, depending on the circumstances.
